Storyline:
We witness the shadowy silhouette of a man in a train in the second episode of the web series Bose: Dead/ Alive. His face is buried beneath a large hat, and his beard is lengthy and scraggly. There is a sense of mystery in the air, which is surrounded by a dense cloud of cigarette smoke. His identity is revealed by the cigarette in his palms. He has been observed chain smoking, having a cigarette with his jailor in prison, and even giving a young lady the first puff of a cigarette at an arranged matrimonial meet with her up until now. Premise. Subhas Chandra Bose (Rajkumar Rao) was thought killed on August 18, 1945, after his overloaded Japanese plane crashed in Japanese-occupied Formosa (now Taiwan). His family in Kolkata, however, receives a message from Mahatma Gandhi instructing them not to perform his last rites.
