First of all, shut down the laptop. After that remove the Ac adapter then remove the battery as well. Start your laptop without the battery with plugging in the charger. Now remove the all-battery driver from the device manager. This method will also work on laptops with non-removable batteries. After uninstalling the drivers, turn off the laptop. Now put your battery back on the laptop. Plugging the charger then starting it on. Now your battery problem should be fixed. In most cases this method works for you, if this method works for you then charge your battery up to 100%. After that unplugged your charger and left your battery until it comes down to 0%. Repeat this process two or three times. In case this method doesn’t work for you then you don’t have to worry, just go to the next step.

Serial numbers are usually printed there, if it’s not there or it’s completely wiped out then there is another way to find out using some CMD commands. First of all, open your CMD. After that you will, it says enter your serial number. Write your serial number there then click on submit. This is going to take your laptop automatically. Now it’s goanna gives you some driver updates as you can see there. Just select BIOS. Just download the BIOS driver update and install it into your laptop. Once download is completed, open it, click on yes, just install the software into your computer. Make sure while using the software do not turn off the laptop. Now click next, now select the first option which says “update the BIOS on this device”, it says start is required, just click on there. After that you will see it says “please make sure the pc is running on AC power”. After that click next. After that it will update your system’s Bios automatically.
